Choose the right mask for you
If you use a nasal mask, avoid breathing with your mouth open during treatment. Leakage of air from the mouth reduces the effectiveness of the treatment.
If you are using a full face mask and you cannot find a comfortable way to wear it, contact your doctor or equipment supplier. Different sizes and styles of masks may suit you.
Wash your face before wearing the mask to remove facial oils, which will help you wear comfortably and extend the life of the mask pad. Do not wear it while the mask is dry.
